Connectivity issue with Roku Express

Is there a connectivity issue with Roku express?  My wifi is excellent. I’ve disconnected the router and the Roku. All of my other devices work and are connected including a new Roku stick. 

I’ve had this device for a year with no issues until the last 24 hours. Please Help!!  

Is there a Roku support number?

If you have Comcast/Xfinity or Cox as your ISP go into your router's settings and change the wireless mode from g/n to b/g/n.  If you don't, ensure your ISP didn't disable 2.4GHz.  ISP's are known to muck with their customer's router settings.
