I followed all the steps which Roku supports says to take. None of them worked. So, I did a factory reset. But I still cannot get a wireless connection. There is nothing wrong with my internet. I previously did not have any problems. Looks like right after Roku did a software update; is when I had this problem. I would very much appreciate help to get a wireless connection.
