Can't get Roku streaming stick to connect to new network

Question

Installed new network (new router), everything works on network except Roku streaming stick. Network is showing Excellent connection on TV, But set during setup the roku stick will not connect after MANY tries. Roku was working fine until new router and router is sending a strong signal. Any suggestions? I rebooted everything multiple times!

I'm having the same issue with both of my Roku streaming sticks (one 4K, one 4K+).&nbsp; The difference between your issue and mine is that it's the same router.&nbsp; My suspicions is that it was caused by upgrading to 14.1.4 Build 7709.&nbsp; Both sticks were working just fine with Build 7708.&nbsp; Are you also on 7709?

Go to Settings, System, Software update.&nbsp; Hit Enter, and it will show you the Software version and Build number.

Tlpnet&nbsp;VDG&nbsp;Try resetting your network connection.Press the Home button on your Roku remoteSelect SettingsSelect Advanced system settingsSelect Network connection resetSelect Reset connectionIf that does not work, I would also suggest trying a system restart or unplugging the power to the device for 30 to 60 seconds and see if that helps.

That doesn't solve the problem.&nbsp; It worked fine with Build 7708.&nbsp; The problem arose once I upgraded to Build 7709.&nbsp; Now neither stick will establish a network connection to the router.
