All 3 of our Roku devices stopped working!

This is ridiculous I also have xfinity internet and my roku devices won’t connect to my network. This happened before but some miraculous  phone call to roku fixed it. This time I called and it did not fix plus when roku called me back the number came back as telemarketer!  I think Roku should replace our devices .?It’s all I have for Tv with All my subscriptions too. They really need to replace

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community!

Since your internet service provider is Xfinity, we would recommend changing your router settings for the 2.4 GHz band from g/n to b/g/n, as customers have stated that this helped resolve their issue.
