Put in a channel lock feature to prevent unwanted channel deletions

I think it's amazing that a PIN has to be entered to get new apps but is it possible to require a PIN to delete apps and channels? I have a child who thinks it's downright hilarious to delete channels and while I admit it is a rather funny prank, it has become tedious and annoying.

Locking them in their room with no computer, phone, or TV for a week might put a stop to it.
