Thanks for sharing your concern here. We see you're having a playback issue when trying to stream, and we'd like to help you figure this out. 

Since we need more information, could you tell us about?

  • Is this happening on all channels or only on a specific channel? If specified to a channel, what channel is affected by this?
  • What Roku device/TV is having this problem?
  • If this is on a specific channel, are all the contents affected?
  • A short video or picture will be super helpful to understand your concern better.
