no color on the tv screen. just black and white

after a power failure there is no color on the screen unless I cast from my laptop.

    We're sorry to hear that you're encountering an issue with your TV Screen, which happens to have no color after power failure. We'd like to be able to assist. 

    Here's a quick fix that you might try:

    1. Press Home 
       
      on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
    5. Select System restart

    If this still doesn't resolve the issue, let us know and we'll assist you further.
