needing a reset for audio

Lately , I have been needing to "reset" my Roku Ultra, in order to get audio.  It's out of the blue, and though it has not happened a lot.... that is relative and since it has happened more frequently...asking here, what's up?  Is this just the nature of the beast, or is there a fix?  All connections are good, and reset  fixes the issue ...But ?!?!?
