my roku won’t turn on because of the usb

how would I get a new usb for my roku cause I accidentally broke mine. Would I have to buy a new one or what do I do because my roku won’t turn on now.

If you broke the USB power cable or the power adapter, you can simply replace the cable or the power adapter (5volt, 1amp).  Any cell phone charging cable/adapter setup will work.  Generally, microUSB connector on the end that plugs into player and USB-C that plugs into power supply).

Otherwise, you can purchase replacement power cable supply from Roku. https://www.roku.com/products/accessories)  Look under power adapters.

I doubt you are referring to an Ultra USB media port as that should not affect power supply.

If you are referring to a Streaming Stick and has broken at the HDMI connection, then yes, will need a replacement device.

If you need additional help, post back with Roku model number.
