When are you going to fix the community-wide isssue with Fox News? 148 messages and replies ove rseveral months indicate that ROKU is NOT working on this issue. Treating each individual question like a new problem isn't fixing the issue. You have over 100 users complaining about the ongoing problem and you keep respoinding the same way- as if each user's problem is the first one of its kind. Get your act together people or you'll be losing a customer. Don't bother asking any of your foolish typical questions about my device's numbers, settings etc. just fix the frigging problem. You;ve got a week then it's over to a Firestick or other streamer. You'll be issuing me a refund for a poorly performing device if that happens.
