issue on multiple units

I have multiple units (some built into the TV and some plug and play.  We are having issues with the sound not working and the internet not staying connected.  Everything else (computers, non-Roku TVs, phones, thermostat, etc) all stay connected to the internet.  We can get the Roku TVs to work by playing with some audio settings and then changing it back.  However, the Roku plug and play will not play audio no matter what we do.  It is very frustrating since they are providing no support due to Coronavirus.  I just need help to fix these issues.  I really would prefer not to replace several TVs and plug and play units.
