AS OFTEN happens with this junk device, the software is updated whether we want or not and now the audio drops out every several seconds. The last time this happened, after I reset the device, and after several days , it started working. Today again the audio drops out every 20 seconds or so. Also there is static grain on the screen. I know tech support will ask all kinds of detailed questions. This just a simple setup, no sound system, just a TV (not a smart TV). Roku knows their updates cause this, and eventually they (may) fix it. Roku will ask what device etec etc etc. They know the answer, as every device will have the same problem.
