Why does your product suck - constantly shutting down

Roku keeps shutting fine everything 10 minutes. I can’t get support - brand new roku  tv too. GARBAGE.

 

With that said - anyway you can provide support for your garbage product?

If you have a Roku TV take note that Roku only supplies the software.  Since you give absolutely no details I'd suggest you contact the people that actually made the TV.
