Voice sound & actual speech not in sync

Audio  mode off, seems to be ok with live(on my tv) programs but not other types of streaming

Welcome to the Roku Community. 

We're glad you're here. Let us help you further. Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or all channels on your Roku device? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue? Are you using an audio/video receiver of any sort in your home setup? Is your device connected directly to the receiver (AVR), or to your TV?

Keep us posted on the details.
