I’ve reset the Roku, unplugged my internet and waited ten seconds or more and plugged it back in then restarted the system and it’s not changed. The voice and picture aren’t the same and it’s stuttering at times. We don’t know how to fix it. The connections ok and our phones and internet for computer is ok. Help!

Most channels and it’s annoying! It didn’t do it for a few days but it’s back to consistently doing its. Live tv, prime, peacock some of my regular app channels. Is it the Roku or what?! Had the streaming stick last time and now have the Express and seems this is constant!

Do you have a sound system connected to your TV? If so, have you tried setting the audio to the TV speakers directly if you observed any changes?
