Unable to watch new episodes of NCIS, CSI etc on roku globaltv app.

I have been using my globaltv app on roku box to watch tv series like NCIS, BULL, CSI etc. But since the new episodes of these shows were released I am not able to watch them. It only gives out glitchy audio with no video. But, I am able to watch this shows on my globaltv app using my iPhone and also able to cast it to the tv. I have checked roku settings to make sure it’s up to date with software. Please help!
