Unable to log in to Sirius XM thru Roku

SiriusXM works on other tvs in home.  Will not move past logon screen - saying I am signed in - because the ROKU account email is not recognized, but I can use it to logon to this screen! Been worki...

    • Reinstall the channel: by hitting the home button on your Roku remote, scrolling and selecting "Store", and then adding the channel from there.

If your connection seems unreliable, consider restarting your router or contacting your internet service provider for help.

    I was having this same issue. It was working, then my wifi went out. After the wifi was restored it wouldn't stream anymore. I followed all the above steps, but they didn't work. I finally looked on Sirius XM's FAQ's. I noticed they mentioned a log-in for streaming that was different than my log-in for my Sirius XM account. Once I used the streaming log-in instead of the email account log-in, I was finally able to get the app streaming on my Roku TV. Thank goodness! I was getting so frustrated. I hope this helps someone else who might be having this problem.
