We recently bought a Roku tv for my grandma and she said it keeps returning to the home screen every couple hours or so, we only use antenna channels can someone help me solve this issue?

We're sorry to hear about the experience you had, and we would be more than willing to assist. Let's perform a system restart to resolve this issue. To do this, kindly navigate to Settings > System > Power (skip if no sub-menu) > System Restart. After this, observe in the meantime if you notice any improvements.

Also. Please don’t ask if the apps are update. Deleted. Reinstalled. Version #. Or date of birth. Passport ID OR ANY Other BS IT question. Just simply say if this most annoying and time consuming glitch can be simply fix
Ugh really. The BS. Don’t ask the consumer to provide you all the IT BS info. Just say your product can’t be fixed

We would be happy to look into this playback issue you're seeing since, after launching a channel, it will return to the home screen. May we know what Roku device you're using right now? (Roku Express, Roku streaming stick, Roku Ultra, Roku streambar, Roku TV-Specify) Is this happening on all channels and contents, or is it isolated? (Specify) Is this happening on all of your Roku devices or TVs?

Please try to restart your modem and router, and after restarting your wireless network connection, you may need to restart your Roku TV by going to settings, system, power, and system restart. Try again to access the channels and see if that can fix the issue.
