TV quickly flickering after long Roku device pause, as turning off, play hit at same time???

Roku 4K plus (on Samsung LED TV series 6350) was put on pause, when TV started to shut off play was pushed at same time. Now Samsung screen is flickering quickly, seems like it is flashing set up menu. Have changed batteries, done remote reset. Replaced another roku 4Kplus hdmi box (no change), tried other cords (no change). Tried different HDMI setting(no). Tried unplugging TV from wall and holding down tv power buttom (no change).. Does anyone have any suggestions? I assume the problem is with the Roku device (or is it the TV.  Thanks for any advice.

Thanks for the post.

If you are still experiencing a display issue when switching out the Roku device, this would indicate that the issue is likely the TV itself and not the Roku devices. Have you already tried connecting the Roku devices to another TV to see if you are still experiencing the same issue?

Please keep us posted what you find out and we will be able to assist you further.
