Sound Cutting out repeatedly Model 4802X

In have searched through the threads and tried,  system restarts, swapped multiple hdmi cables, changed audio settings, deleted and reloaded apps. 
This happens across all apps not isolated to one. 
What’s the actual fix for this issue? Does my new device need replaced?

Have you tried this on a different TV and see if the issue persists? Also, have there been any recent updates before this happened?
