Issues with sound system
Equipment:
Roku Ultra connected to HDMI 3
Yamaha Rec. RX-V373 connected to HDMI 1 AV1
Sony Bravia 2015 TV
Issue:
When accessing programs on Roku (Netflix, YouTube TV, etc.) the sound is turned off. It will come back on when HDMI 1 and AV 1 are pressed. Yesterday, programs on Netflix freeze when HDMI is pressed.
Trouble shooting:
Unplugged and disconnected Roku from HDMI 1 .
Went to Netflix and YouTube TV directly from TV. Everything worked OK.
Reconnected Roku and same issues applied.
Checked to be sure all systems were updated.
Rebooted TV and Roku
