Roku will not switch on when plugged into a power source
My Roku Express has been working fine since I purchased it in December 2020. That was until a week ago. When I plug the Roku into a power source it does not switch on or light up. This happens when the USB power cable is plugged into a power socket, and when it is plugged into another device (in this case, a DVD player). When I plug the USB power cable into the DVD player, the DVD player switches off. This did not use to happen. I believe the device is defective. I have tried pressing the reset button but had no results.
Can you advise who I contact about getting a new device? I purchased it via Argos but I believe it will have to come from Roku as tech support.
