Solving playback issues

Same issue others are posting. Around the time of the commercials the playback pauses and error message with no numbers. Makes watching series on paramount plus unwatchable.  Happens on all my Roku tvs only when watching paramount plus. 

inhabe deleted app , rebooted tv and reinstalled and same issue.

This error started last week while watching Landman. It happens right around the commericals or right in the middle of the commercials and I have to start the show again and watch all the commercials again.  Once it starts it usually keeps crashing in the middle of the commercials every time I restart the show. 
so far it only happens when watching Landman and it happens on all Roku tvs in my house. 

The error says, unfortunately, an error occurred during playback. Please try again. 

last night, I had to play the show on my iPhone and AirPlay it to my Roku TV because it crashed over a dozen times while trying to stream through my televisions on the paramount plus app. 

this problem does not occur with any other streaming services on the Roku television

• Tracker ID (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)

Yup same issue for several weeks.  Tried every solution on these pages and no luck with Paramount Plus.  It works fine on an Amazon Fire Stick so the problem is specific to Roku.  Paramount plus isso

loacefwithads anyway I tried to cancel my subscription since it does not work anyway, but they would only allow me to cancel my auto renew.  Buyer beware!

if any one has a solution I’d still like to watch the quality programming until my auto renew cancels nearly a year from now.

I have to stream the show from my iPhone and mirror the phone to the tv using AirPlay. It works fine that way. Very irritating. I can’t use paramount plus on Roku tv’s without crashing. It only happens on shows with commercials.  I watched the movie Section 31 which doesn’t have commercials and it didn’t crash once on the Roku tv app.

When I select a program to view, it only loads to about 50% and then gives a playback error.
