Roku switches to commercial's

This goofy stick will suddenly switch to comercials.  I contacted Roku help, did everything they suggested and it didn't help a bit.

 

How can I stop this, short of buying another streaming device?

What channels are you watching when this happens?  Some ad-supported channels just insert commercials suddenly with no sort of transition.

I am watching 9 news out of denver.  This stupid device has never been a problem, no it changes to commercials all the time.  Watched yout tube and "chatted: with Roku - nothing helps.  Anybody got a US mailing address for roku?  So I can send this POS back to them
