I have Roku Ultra that was purchased December 23. I have an issue with playback volume only on channel. I use YouTube TV.
I've reached out to customer support and after about an hour with them, they determined that it was a hardware issue and replaced my device. I'm still having the same issue with the new device.
Previously I'd been using a Roku Express 4K plus on the same TV with no issues.
