Roku Ultra 2020 Auto Detect 1080p Dolby Vision yet 4K HDR direct selection

Jump to solution

Hi there,

I just bought the brand new Roku Ultra edition 2022. My LG OLED B6 4k TV is perfectly capable of displaying in 60 frames par second.

Today is October 28, 2022. Although this issue has been addressed over the passed few years, why is my brand new Roku still limiting me to 30 frames per second when I select the 4K Dolby Vision screen type?

What should the hundreds of thousands of LG 4K owners who are experiencing the same problem do?

Return unit?
