I too have had the same issues. It's nothing to do with power!!! Everything else plugged into that power strip is still on and not acting up. I never had this with the box version but now with the stick I'm on my 4th factory reset. It's currently updating 9 of 67 channels. How did it work just fine this morning and now it doesn't even know the remote it came with!? I hear you, extremely frustrating and roku isn't much help.
