Roku Premier 3920x becomes unresponsive to input daily

My Roku 3920x ends up in a deteriorating state that requires a power cycle daily. It starts with the device failing to respond to input from the roku remote (no flashing light on the device indicating it's even receiving the input anymore). If I switch to my mobile app, I'm able to control the roku for a bit, but it quickly stops responding to this source as well.

There's no other visible impact to performance, for example if something is streaming it continues streaming as normal, I just can't stop, rewind, switch apps, etc at all until I power cycle the unit. Once power cycled everything resumes normal behavior (for awhile)

Anyone else experience something similar?

How are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet?
