I have purchased three different Roku devices. One of them overheated. I smelled burning plastic. Then, smoke started coming up from behind the TV.
I have been contacting customer service since July, when I started having problems with my first Roku device shortly after purchasing it. Agents kept telling me to call back, and one agent even hung up on me.
I sent a message about the burning Roku, and was completely ignored. They kept promising me they would replace the device, but never replaced anything.
Worst product and customer service ever!
