I am using a VPN and my Roku Chanel’s are not working. What do I need to do to fix this issue. Done the system reset. Done the system power down. Reset up my my account??

Roku devices tend not to like VPN's and that may affect your ability to watch certain things.
Try disabling the VPN and see if that helps.
Same thing here, I've tried everything for @4 weeks now. I'm out shopping for anything except a Smart Roku TV. I give up. If the customers aren't happy and Roku doesn't care then it's up to the customers to make a change!
@jjaw25, sorry, Roku doesn't care if you can use their devices with a VPN and in fact, they and most providers seem to be going out of their way to ensure that you can't. They take geo-restrictions very seriously and there's no way to differentiate legitimate uses from nefarious ones.
