Roku 3920x suddenly no longer full screen, tried all the trouble shooting & none worked

This is for the app itself.  Not sure which location to pick. Tried all troubleshooting ideas but none worked.  K42893787933. This happened today suddenly. It just shrunk. All apps show up smaller than the full picture.
