For the past week, we have been unable to use the down arrow button on our remotes. We cannot record programs, and we cannot retrieve previously recorded programs. We now also have to hit the up arrow, then the “back” button, and the guide to get to the guide. What happened to the order Gina’s ease of this function nation?
Anything dealing with recording or playing back programs is specific to the channel app being viewed. Rokus have no provisions for recording anything so recording and playing back is done on the channel's servers and controlled by the specific channel app..

I don't have Directv Stream so I can't check this, but ...
In another thread it was posted that a recent update by Directv changed the access key from down-arrow to the BACK key near the top of the remote.
