I got the same error and finally got it working! I unplugged the Roku Stick from the back of the television and unplugged the router. When I came back in the room and turned the TV on, it was working. Finally, after troubleshooting for about an hour..
Seems incredible to me that Spectrum customers can't watch any Spectrum channels via Roku unless they periodically unplug for 30 seconds, and then re-plug in their Spectrum modem. But that's exactly what we have to do to watch channels the service that WE PAY FOR!!!
