Rumble being blocked by roku

Jump to solution

April 20  2024

Rumble was working fine on my tv until today. When I click it just goes back to the home screen and doesn't connect.  It works okay on my computer so apparently it's being censored or suppressed.

Hi @DannyK,

A warm welcome here in the Roku Community!

We understand you are having a problem with the Rumble channel since it will return to the home screen after launching it. We're happy to help. Please try to update the channel by highlighting the channel tile, pressing the star button on your Roku remote, and selecting check for updates.

You may check out this support article here on how to resolve a channel playback issue.

If the problem still persists after attempting the troubleshooting steps and videos from other channels play fine, contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the issue and get help. Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developers themselves. In this case, there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from them.

Kind regards,
John
