ROKU frozen at factory reset start

Started factory reset (Roku Express 4K+) using options on TV.  Process starts very quickly and I get pictures on TV of the back of the remote showing the batteries and the two lights with what appears to be stopwatch showing five seconds. Bottom of picture shows go.roku.com/setup. This screen is frozen, Info at website is of NO HELP.  Screen is frozen and no way to use remote to try to get any change. Manually pressing the factory rest button give the same result. Please HELP.  I have no access to TV at all. Lou Young

That picture is trying to show you that you need to press and hold the button in the battery compartment of the remote for 5+ seconds until the light starts to flash.  You have to pair the remote to the Roku before it will work.
