Solving playback issues

I have a Roku 2.  When I select a channel and start watching a program, it stops suddenly after a few seconds and goes back to the Roku home page.  I have to go through the whole process again about 3 or 4 times before the program will play all the way through.  This happens on every channel.  I've tried rebooting everything, but still have the problem.

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What specific Roku model device are you using? How are you powering the Roku device?
