Premiere+ audio stops when seeking through media

When using channels like Plex or Netflix I have a really weird issue where randomly when I fast forward or rewind media then the sound stops but the media carries on playing. Sometimes it happens when I switch between channels. My Roku is connected to my Samsung HW-K950 and the only way to resolve the issue is to change the input on the soundbar. I don't know if the Roku remote is interfering with the soundbar but my Sky Q doesn't have the same issues. The Roku is up to date so I'm not sure what's going on.
