Premier + Issue

I have recently experienced a consistent problem with my Premier +. It is unable to access any of my channels. I tried to reset with no results. Other household Roku units are working without incident. Just the Premier + What is the approach to troubleshooting the problem or where do I obtain help? What are the signs of failure?

Have you tried to set up your network connection again on your Premier+ ?
Settings > Network > set up connection
