Playback MP4 videos from USB formatted with NTFS filesystem

Subject says it all.  I formatted my USB flash drive as NTFS.  All of the files are newly created MP4 videos.  I plug it into my Roku Ultra.  I can see the files, but when I try to play them, nothing happens.  I've already read this support page, and seems like I'm doing everything right.

Any idea what I might check?

@ericks57

When you created the MP4 file, did you have different options regarding it? For example, Handbrake has some presets for Roku, iPad, Apple TV, and so on. Did your app offer any presets? And did you use them?

Re: Playback MP4 videos from USB formatted with NTFS filesystem

I applied solutions from the below link:

https://www.videoconverterfactory.com/tips/roku-play-mp4.html

FYI, I tried all the below options to create an mp4 file into Handbrake.

1. Roku 1080p 30 Surround
2. Roku 720p 30 Surround
3. Roku 576p 25

Still, videos are not being played.

Model: 3700X - Roku Express
