Paramount+ doesn't play any sound

Paramount+ isn't playing any sound at all. All audio is non-existent. I have rebooted my Roku TV multiple times, with no effect. But this only affects Paramount+. Netflix is fine. Amazon Prime is fine. Every other streaming service works. Paramount+ only plays the visual, but that is all.

We appreciate your post, and we're sorry to hear about the experience. We'd like to take a closer look to see if there's anything else we can suggest to help. Have you tried to remove your channel, do a system restart, and add it back?
Try the following steps:

  • Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press the Star button to open the options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
  • Restart your Roku device: Restart the device from the settings menu. Go to Settings > System > System restart > Restart.
  • Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Channel Store and add the channel again.
