PBS app not working even though I deleted it and rebooted my Roku 4

I have a Roku 4. If I click on the PBS it seems to go to PBS (the letters PBS show up) then the screen goes blank and then it takes me back to my array of apps. It worked at one time.  I deleted the ...

Thank you.  I've ordered the Roku Ultra.  It'll arrive soon.  I checked my Roku 4800, and it works okay.  However, when I checked my 4670, it has a problem, but it looks like it's still a supported device.  What about the 4670?

The 4670 is still supported.  You can see the list of Current, Updatable, and Legacy devices here.

It's probably unrelated to the issue with the 4400.  Try the old remove the app, restart the device, and add the app again once it reboots routine.  That often clears up issues.
