Solving playback issues

First device is Roku Ultra, stopped working only a few days ago. Channels and network connectivity issues are apparent despite repeated successful connection tests. No channels appear to work with a wireless or wired connection now after working flawlessly for months with previous software builds.

• Roku 4800X - Roku Ultra
• X01000F8KD6R
• S02A2118KD6R
• 11.0.0 build 4180 and now also build 5003-C2 (neither works)

Second device is a Streaming Stick+ that has been down for perhaps a month. Channels and network connectivity issues are apparent despite repeated successful connection tests. No channels appear to work with a wireless connection now after working flawlessly for months with previous software builds.

Online support the last 2 times has been unhelpful.

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What are the steps to reproduce the issue? What are you seeing on screen? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue?

As I mentioned in the previous post, with any 11.0.0 builds thus far I experienced network issues. Channels would give the "cannot reinstall from network" error noted in multiple other threads on the community. Fortunately I was able to downgrade to 10.5.0 4208 and the Roku started working again.

How can I stop automatic updates from breaking my Roku again?
