Solving playback issues

Why do I keep having problems with channels loading? On the Tubi channel, I get "Something went wrong" and "Tubi channel cannot load fully. Some functionality may be missing."  And, none of my other channels are working either.  My internet connection is great (and the sun is shining so it can't be anything weather related).

Try performing a System restart found under Settings->System->Power.

Thanks for letting us know about this channel issue you had. We're happy to assist you further. Please try to update the channel by highlighting the channel tile, pressing the star button on your Roku remote, and selecting "check for updates."

If the problem still persists, can you provide the following details below?

• Is the issue happening on all contents/channels or is this isolated to 1 content/channel? (Specify)
• When did the issue start?
