Solving playback issues

The reset works until you request going to another channel such as youtube - then it goes back to unable to receive audio.  so this fix does not correct the root cause

We appreciate you for sharing this information with us. Have you tried performing a system restart to resolve the issue? If not, we recommend performing it by navigating to Settings > System > Power (skip if no sub-menu) > System Restart. After this, kindly check if you notice any improvements.
