Solving playback issues

Roku device works well.  Installed 4/22 but occasionally the TV screeen is 1/2 it’s normal size.  When you turn off the TV it seems to correct itself most of the time.  This did not happen with the older model Roku.    It always starts out fine, just converts to smaller screen after a few minutes.  

What can I do to prevent this?

Your Roku is probably going to sleep. Disable the bandwidth saver found under network settings. Also be sure your screen size is set to automatic under your Roku display settings. What is your Roku model and TV model? What size is your TV? Is it a 720? 1080 or 4K? When you set up your Roku did you lock in the resolution settings it found to be optimal?

In addition to what @Ello2022 asked, could you tell us if the issue happens on a specific channel? How are you powering your Roku Express 4K+? Is it connected to the USB port of the TV or to a wall outlet?
