Netflix won’t load on tv but will on all our other roku devices

Nextflix will not load on my roku tv. It loads on every other roku in my house but will not load on the actual roku tv. We’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it to see if it will fix the issue and has not worked.

Welcome to the Roku Community!

Please make sure to restart your Roku device by going to Settings>System>Power>System restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step) after removing the channel and before adding the channel back to ensure the process is successful.

If you are still having any issues with your Roku device after following these steps, can you please provide us with more specific information about the issue you are experiencing? When did this issue first start occurring? Do you observe this behavior while using any other channel(s) on your device? Are you being prompted with an error message?
