Considering the next round of NFL playoff games are coming up in 2days, have any solutions been found yet?
I got this from NFL.com support today and will try later on, but I already tried all of this besides the first step with Allowing All Privacy Settings. Has anyone tried this first step?

I'm worried I'm not going to be able to replay the divisional round games starting tomorrow! Please tell me we are not going to wait until after the playoffs to fix this ROKU TEAM?

Do not unplug, uninstall or change anything. The fact is the app runs just fine on Amazon fire stick and the problem is in the Roku operating system and/or app code. Until Roku themselves acknowledge and admit the problem is not on the user end I would either buy a cheap fire stick or resign myself to watching on my phone or tablet.
Roku products are not what they used to be. I have issues with fluctuating picture quality, poor color quality as well as the football app issues. I replaced both of my 4k Roku sticks with brand new ones last year and the same issues remain. My download speed on my router is a consistent 400 mbs and none of my other devices including my fire stick have trouble. My love of Roku above everyone else has ended after 15 years.
The following is what I sent to the NFL. I've been in conversation with them since last week trying to get resolution to the fact that certain game replays either won't start at all or start and then close out the app and return to the Roku homescreen.
I’m sitting down now trying to play the full game replay of the Chiefs and Texans. The replay starts, goes for a couple minutes then closes the app and returns me to the Roku homescreen. I reopen the app, select full game replay and start the game and the replay starts, not at the beginning but a minute or so before the point where it cut off. It’s starting as if I left the app and am returning to the game. So I’m watching the same thing I saw before it cutoff for a minute or so however it progresses past the point where it cutoff and runs for another couple minutes before it kicks me out of the app and returns to the Roku homescreen. I reopen the app and do it again. It starts the replay about a minute before where it cutoff the last time I tried to watch and progresses past the point where it cutoff only to cutoff again a couple minutes later.
Having the same issue.
I am still having this issue as well. Unbelievable that Roku has not fixed this yet. I will not ever buy another Roku device.
NFL app keeps crashing back to homepage. Restarted, router, restarted Roku box and unplugged the TV.
