@Eb9

So what happens when you try to press the power button on the set itself, or even on the remote?  It just stays blank?

What RokuTV brand is your set?  Roku doesn’t manufacture the sets themselves; they only furnish the RokuOS integrated system and license it to an actual TV manufacturer.

I’m into videotapes and old electronics stuff, including extenders, converters and analog 4:3 TV sets (which are obsolete these days), and Miss Bianca is my favorite character in Disney’s The Rescuers (1977) and its sequel, The Rescuers Down Under (1990). I am not a Roku employee, only a user like you. ~ Jordan

The power button on the front does nothing, the red light flashes weakly.  The remote reacts the same way.  New batteries in the remote.  I left the TV unplugged for 10 minutes and when plugged back in, nothing changed.  I think the brand is ONN.

TV set could be defective.  Either that or the power supply.  All I can suggest is that you contact Walmart.  Walmart owns the ONN house brand.

Re: My roku tv will not not power up

Hi @Eb9

Thanks for posting here in the Community.

Have you tried contacting the TV manufacturer to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.

You can reach them here: Customer support | onn.

All the best,
Kariza
