Missing White Outlines when navigating

New ROKU Express 4K+ (Model 3941R) is missing white outlines when navigating to streaming channels on home screen. Also missing white background box indicating topic selection displayed on left side of home screen. Any ideas?

I hesitate to say this, but have you tried turning if off and on again? Remove power, let it sit for 30 seconds, reapply power.

I hesitate to say this, but have you tried turning if off and on again? Remove power, let it sit for 30 seconds, reapply power.
