@Gordy-
There are many thousands of Roku Express models 3930 (product number gleaned from one of your other posted threads here) in service. If this were a common problem, we would be flooded with similar complaints.
On the MLB website page re Roku devices it says:
Supported Models:
3700X, 3710X, 3800X, 3810X, 3811X, 3900X, 3910X, 3920X, 3921X, 3930X, 3931X, 4200X, 4210X, 4230X, 4400X, 4620X, 4630X, 4640X, 4660X, 4662X, 4800X, 5000X, 6000X, 7000X, 8000X, A000X, C000X, C000GB, D000X
(The letter suffix here does not matter, it is just an indication of distribution channel.)
That same page also says:
Bandwidth:
A high speed broadband Internet connection with 3000 Kbps (= 3 Mbps) dedicated bandwidth is required to stream MLB.TV content in HD.
For 60 FPS HD streams, we recommend 5000 Kbps (= 5Mbps).
You might want to check network speed the Roku in question is achieving via Roku menu path Settings > Network > Check connection. When it completes, click OK. Your download speed will show on the next screen.
